Freelance Sales Associate Job Brief:
All-In Music Fest is a travel company with a specific focus on music festivals all over the United States and expanding world-wide in the year 2020. Our mission is to provide a stress-free music festival experience optimizing the travelers time in the desired city and music experience. All-In Music Fest offers packages that are all-inclusive and planned out from start to finish from the moment they land to the second they depart. These packages included items such as transportation to and from the airport, the festival passes, pre-departure information before the trip on what to expect, hotel accomodations, breakfast each morning (in the case that the accommodation does not include it), transportation to the festival, and a welcome package at their hotel with their favorite snacks and spirit. We work to customize these trips to each client so that they are catered to their interests and needs.
We are looking for a few part-time sales driven individuals that are result-driven to be responsible for all sales duties, from generating leads to closing the sales. The primary responsibility is to promote the company through whatever outlets are available, including social media, and to find the appropriate market of individuals and sell the product. As a sales associate who understands the product, the expectation is to answer their questions about the product and company and recommend the appropriate solution/product with a high level of customer satisfaction. Ultimately, the duties are to achieve excellent customer service, while meeting sales goals.
As the products are high value products, ranging from $2,000 to $14,000, the position will be commission based with 9% commission with the opportunity to earn bonuses if monthly (achievable) target goals are met. This is a freelance job with the opportunity to work from home or across any side of the world with flexible hours.

Proven work experience as a Sales associate, Sales Representative or similar role
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Proficiency in English
Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Track record of over-achieving sales quota
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related business field would be a plus
