Compensation: Base + Commission
Employment type: part-time/full-time (we require a minimum of 20 hours per week)
We are looking to hire a full-time and part-time appointment setter to work out of their home setting appointments for the solar industry nationwide. Our Dialers are on Monday - Saturday and we can be flexible with your schedule.
There is room for advancement for closers and for professional appointment setters. Experienced preferred but not necessary. Our reps are setting between 1-3 appointments per hour. Producers set between 12-20+ per week!! We work with some of the top data vendors which means we are always running the best data in our dialers. You will be speaking to homeowners that need help lowering their high electric bills.
What we are looking for:
We set appointments for people who are interested in solar and eligible for a free quote. We have been in the solar marketing space for 9 years. We are looking for the right people to add to our existing team. If you like talking to people and making immediate money, this is the job is for you.
Requirements:
YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN COMPUTER AT HOME WITH INTERNET CONNECTION
YOU MUST HAVE A USB HEADSET
Comfortable on the phone
Good English or clear bilingual
Able to handle high call volume each day
Positive attitude
Great Energy
Willing to learn
Good Computer Skills a plus you will have to fill out the following form with the customer

CRM Experience
