Casa Viva Gallery is a small artist-run residence located in the quiet and central neighborhood of Del Valle Sur in Mexico City. The house hosts a rotating community of artists, curators, writers, and creative professionals who come to the city for research, work, or cultural exchange.
We offer private furnished rooms within a beautiful three-story Art Deco building, designed as a calm and inspiring environment for people engaged in creative practice.

The House
Casa Viva is an early 20th-century Art Deco building with high ceilings, wooden floors, and generous natural light. The residence hosts a small group of 3–5 people at a time, creating a quiet and intimate atmosphere.

• rooftop terrace with garden and grill
The house is ideal for artists in residence, researchers, remote workers, writers, and cultural practitioners looking for a thoughtful place to live and work while in Mexico City.

Location
Located in Del Valle Sur, one of Mexico City's most livable residential neighborhoods, known for its calm streets and excellent connectivity.

Casa Viva is a creative house rather than a party house. Residents often share occasional meals and conversations, while maintaining a respectful and quiet atmosphere for work and rest.
