I would like to offer my extensive experience in developing new strategies for customer retention activities. Responding to customer queries and addressing service complaints in a timely manner.Working with Sales Managers in implementing sales promotion activities. Analyzing customer feedback and developing new techniques to ensure customer retention. Building positive working relationships with customers for repeat businesses.
