Work From Home – Appointment Setter (Full-Time, Exclusive)
We are a growing real estate investment company in New York (USA) looking for a professional Virtual Assistant based in Mexico to join our team as a full-time Appointment Setter.

Who We’re Looking For
You live in Mexico and have strong English (spoken & written).
You have a persuasive, confident voice and enjoy talking to people.
You’re motivated, ethical, and know how to push past rejection to get results.
You have sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required).
Responsibilities
Make and receive calls to U.S. prospects
Send messages and emails to leads
Track responses, schedule follow-ups, and confirm appointments
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (MUST)
Full-time availability: 40 hours/week (exclusive – no other jobs)
Stable internet (500 Mbps or higher – screenshot required)
Reliable computer/laptop + headset
Organized, detail-oriented, and great at time management
Willing to sign a Non-Compete Agreement (exclusive to our industry)
