About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage the daily operations of a fast-paced retail business. This is a remote position focused on oversight, task management, and administrative support to ensure the business runs smoothly around the clock.
You will be the "eyes and ears" of the operation, coordinating with the on-site team to ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly objectives are met without exception.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Monitor real-time operations remotely to ensure store standards are maintained.
Task Management: Track and verify the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly checklists.
Inventory & Ordering: Manage and place orders with vendors to ensure stock levels remain consistent.
Communication: Act as a bridge between management and staff to resolve issues quickly.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on operational performance and task completion status.
Requirements
Fluent English: Must have exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
Reliability: This role covers a wide window of operation (up to 17 hours a day). We are looking for someone dedicated and available.
High-Speed Internet: A stable and fast internet connection is non-negotiable for remote monitoring.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to catch small errors before they become big problems.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using management software, messaging apps, and remote monitoring tools.
Work Schedule & Compensation
Hours: Extensive availability required; shifts can cover up to 17 hours of daily operation.
Pay: Competitive starting rate with significant potential for pay increases based on performance, reliability, and tenure.
