We are looking for a “crack” person who possess the following skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering or related field preferably experienced in both
translation & entrepreneurship.
- Self-directed and motivated with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and bias towards action
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (proper spelling), that can be tailored to deal with internal
and external customers

This job position is designed for the management of the key accounts of the company. If you are passionate in

To design and implement the operational strategies to achieve Tekamolo´s growth goals on time.
To manage suppliers for the proper delivery of services.
To manage budgets.
To manage and follow up all the logistics needed to provide the services requested by our clients.
To manage customer support.
To attend the key partners, sponsors and potential customers of the company.
Development and updating of internal processes.
Development of new products/services.
To develop new training courses for our suppliers and the operational staff.
To improve and develop new KPIs.
You will get a close relationship with the key partners of the company, mainly universities as you will have to
build a network of brand ambassadors in a local and a national scale.
