We are an appliance repair company based in California, USA. We are looking for experienced call center representatives to work from home.
- Answering incoming calls (our clients call to make an appointment for a technician to come out to fix their appliances)
- Providing our clients with excellent customer service - answering all the questions, asking specific questions to learn more about the problem they have
- Always being on the phone with technicians, always update them with new jobs/details/etc
- Entering all information into CRM
Your main goal is to book the call when a client calls and answer all the questions if the client has any. NO SALES! NO COLD CALLS!
- call center work experience preferred (1-2 years)
- a high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 5 MBPS connectivity
- proficient in writing and verbal American English
Monday - Friday 8am-6pm (PST)
Saturday 9am-3pm (PST)
