We run a pets / decorating game on Facebook and we're looking for someone to join the customer support effort for the game. The support involves replying to messages from players looking for support as well as to oversee the Facebook groups made up of players of the game. Players will write in for assistance and with the help of some online utilities we've developed, the customer support staff will look up the player in our system and will provide appropriate support to fix the issue or satisfy the info request from the player. This is a work at home kind of job and requires four to eight hours a day. Ability to work a few hours over some weekends is a big plus.
The key part about support for this game is that there is a community of extremely passionate players that has formed around the game which calls for a more personalized player support approach where players generally form a much closer relationship and familiarity with the support staff.
