Customer Support Coordinator (Mexico)

The Project Coordinator is responsible for project administration including, project tracking, scheduling and communicating with field technicians. He or she will supports the project team with reports, communications, forecasts and project status to ensure that projects are executed on schedule.

  • Manage scheduling jobs and assigning to technicians.
  • Identifies all scope elements and is accountable for their timely delivery, identifies opportunities for accelerating critical milestones.
  • Documents the job progress on a daily basis to ensure success.
  • Having a some knowledge of IT support is a plus.
  • Deal various pieces of the project and track changes using our automated system.

  • * Available to answer phone calls after hours if needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
  • Excellent customer service attitude and skills.
  • Successful candidate must be able to work both independently or with a team.
  • Strong working knowledge with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and prioritize accordingly.
  • Diligent work ethic, must be self-motivated an able to take the initiative to get the job done.
  • Exercise independent judgment for proper decision making.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving.
