We are growing fast, and looking for qualified support night shift manager to join our team!
Key Responsibilities –
Conduct monthly performance reviews with your designated team of agents.
Attend weekly manager meetings during which you will provide your observations about the team.
Monitor all service platforms -- Wing, live chat, and phone -- and adjust agents and supervisors as necessary.
Communicate with MODs in Minneapolis via Slack and Discord to ensure total coverage of all support platforms.
Field agent questions and concerns on the floor.
Assist other departments with any customer-service issues that may arise.
Maintain updated employee books for the agents on your team.
Engage in continued education opportunities.
Serve as backup for any support platform as necessary.
You are a born leader and are comfortable taking charge of a large group of people
You are detail oriented and ensure that the small details are taken care of while keeping the bigger picture in mind
Customer focused- You work to provide a world-class ordering experience for each customer, driver, and restaurant
You are tech savvy and have experience with Google Suites
You have a minimum of 2 years of management experience in the customer support area (obligatory)
You are a clear, efficient communicator
You have the ability to multitask
You work continuously on developing the people that work beside you
You have the ability to thrive in fast-paced situations
You live no further than 10km away from the place of work
The primary focus of the Customer Support Manager position is to guide and support the support staff in each of their positions with Bite Squad. You are responsible for providing constructive feedback to all agents on the floor, but especially your team of leaders. You are the facilitator of communication between upper management and the agents on the floor. You are a role model for agents and supervisors on the floor and always enforce company policies and procedures. Your communication with upper management promotes positivity and continuous improvement on the floor and in the office as a whole.
